17 session -> General Catalogue of the Caspian Sea Level
General Catalogue of the Caspian Sea Level
In 2012 national hydrometeorological organizations - CASPCOM members - completed their joint work on the General Catalogue of the Caspian Sea level.
The Catalogue covers the whole period of observations for the whole coast of the Caspian Sea.
The Catalogue includes tables of maximal, minimal and average monthly values of the sea level according to observations data received at 22 posts and the complete description of the database.
The 17th CASPCOM Session took a decision to display the tables of average values of the sea level for all the posts at CASPCOM website and to supplement the Catalogue with the new data once in a three years' time.
The information on maximal and minimal values of the sea level is not displayed at CASPCOM website and can be submitted to stakeholders upon their request forwarded to the relevant national hydrometeorological organization.
