Plan for preparation of the Catalogue of the Caspian Sea
water temperature

First stage (2011-2012):

All the NMHSs prepare monthly data on the temperature of the surface water layer (average, maximum and minimum values) throughout the period 1989 - 2010 according to observations data obtained at the posts indicated in table 1 and submit these data to CASPAS Coordinator.

Second stage (2012-2013):

Roshydromet prepares monthly data on the temperature of the surface water layer (average, maximum and minimum values) according to observations data obtained at the posts located on the coasts of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia and Turkmenistan for the period starting from the launch of observations to 1988, IRIMO prepares monthly data for the Iranian coast for the period starting from the launch of observations to 1988. The executors submit the prepared data to CASPAS Coordinator, who prepares a generalized database and its description.
